andrés marcos revellado martin is a spanish musician born in locarno-switzerland ; began playing classical guitar at the age of 10 and he started playing gigs in rock bands at the end of the 80’s, as electric bassist. in 1990 moved to lausanne to study double bass, electric bass and piano at the local jazz school. in the following years he played in every sort of jazz related groups, with a particular attention to latin music. the following two years were in big part dedicated working with theatre companies, and exploring more experimental and contemporary forms of improvised music.
first electronic project in 1997. since 2004 based is zürich, from where he performs as hardware/software liveact. releases are available on miniatura records, stereo-type and soon on multivitamins. other projects from andrés marcos are: clarabella olssen, and ASDF (with störgeräusche).
